Role:
Customer Care Coach

We're hiring Customer Care Coaches who enjoy connecting with others and creating positive, supportive environments.

No Specialized Background Required — We'll Train You

You bring the attitude and experience. We'll provide the training. If you have 2+ years of professional work experience
, a strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people feel heard and supported, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
  • Working one‑on‑one with individuals throughout the day
  • Guiding participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Helping individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-building
  • Preparing daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session
  • Tracking progress and updating internal records so the team stays aligned
  • Creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full‑time professional experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people‑focused attitude
  • Clear communication skills both in person and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast‑paced environments
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
  • Authorization to work in the United States
