Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-state organization with a strong reputation in its industry. As the company continues to expand, they are adding to their IT team and looking for a hands-on professional who can provide excellent onsite support while bringing a strong networking skill set.

• Provide onsite Tier 2 support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology
• Troubleshoot network issues involving VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and firewall rules
• Support switches, routers, access points, and other network equipment
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and IT asset management
• Support endpoint/MDM tools, including Ninja One
• Document issues and resolutions and assist with IT projects and network upgrades

• 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, network administration, or related experience
• Strong networking fundamentals and hands‑on troubleshooting experience
• Experience with at least two different network equipment platforms (Ubiquiti, Watch Guard, Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, etc.)
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working onsite and providing face-to-face support

Ubiquiti, Watch Guard, Ninja One, and MDM experience are a plus.
