Specialist, Clinical Informatics

Oak Street Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist to improve how technology supports primary care for adults on Medicare. In this role, you'll partner with clinicians to optimize the EHR, design and refine workflows, and build tools that enhance quality, safety, and patient outcomes in underserved communities. You'll deliver training, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and support reporting needs. Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimization of clinical information systems across Oak Street Health centers
• Collaborate with clinicians to translate workflows into effective EHR configuration and decision support tools
• Train providers and staff on clinical applications, ensuring adoption of best practices and data quality
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors
• Analyze clinical data and workflows to identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and training materials for clinical systems
• Support regulatory, quality reporting, and documentation standards within the EHRParticipate in change management, testing, and validation for system upgrades and new features
