Community Legal Services is seeking a Staff Attorney for its Yuma Office. This position will be located in Phoenix and is a time-limited two-year appointment.
The attorney will travel to Yuma at least twice monthly to visit clients with court in Yuma, Arizona, handling family, housing, consumer, employment and public benefits cases for low-income residents. Duties include client interviews, legal advice, direct representation, court appearances, settlements, and outreach.
