The role focuses exclusively on transmission rebuilding and assembly, with no transmission removal and replacement (R&R) or vehicle diagnostic responsibilities. • Disassemble, inspect, repair, rebuild, and assemble automatic and manual transmissions
• Inspect internal transmission components to identify failures and determine repair needs
• Rebuild gear sets, clutch packs, valve bodies, and torque converters
• Complete transmission rebuilding and assembly according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Perform transmission rebuilding work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Collaborate with the shop team to support consistent workflow and quality

• 5+ years of transmission rebuilding experience
• Proven experience rebuilding automatic and manual transmissions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Professional, organized, and dependable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual attendance during the Monday-Friday schedule
