Growth Creates Opportunity! We are seeking an A‑player to join our vibrant local business, part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Branch Manager, you will lead all operations, manage P&L and guide account & production managers.

• Lead all operations and team members in a growing branch
• Have full P&L responsibility for the branch
• Support and guide Account and Production Managers
• Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
• Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Develop branch staff through learning and coaching opportunities
• Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community

• 3+ years of relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
• Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and effectively
• Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
