The Director will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers, coordinate personalized care, and collaborate with community leadership to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.

Manage the day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met, treating all residents with respect and dignity. Provide leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and direct care staff, and may lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members. Determine the HWD level based on community complexity, including medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, and regulatory factors.
