- Lead a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general turf maintenance
- Manage pruning, weeding, and care of desert-adapted and ornamental plants and shrubs
- Ensure crew members follow safety protocols and proper equipment operation procedures
- Communicate with owners professionally and address on-site concerns or requests
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before leaving job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining landscape equipment and vehicles
- 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience
- Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small crew
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
