Kitchen Help​/Prep Cook

Paladino's Italian Eatery in Apache Junction, AZ is looking for a passionate and hardworking Kitchen Help / Prep Cook to join our team! • Preparing daily food items such as chopping, slicing, portioning, and mise en place
• Making menu items including sandwiches, hot dogs, tamales, garlic bread, salads, desserts, and to-go orders
• Taking phone and counter orders professionally
• Helping with guest service and order accuracy
• Supporting line cooks during service
• Receiving, organizing, storing, and labeling food deliveries
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
• Following food safety, health, and sanitation standards

• Previous kitchen, prep cook, or food service experience preferred but not required
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
