Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business, working with small to middle-market accounts, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Apache Junction, operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $55,000 annually for the first three years, with commission splits on new and renewal business (details to be discussed during the interview).
4th Year Compensation:
Transition to commission-based earnings from your book of business.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of business, focusing on small to middle-market accounts, including construction, manufacturing, and small businesses.
Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting, marketing, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and account servicing from start to finish.
Attend Chamber of Commerce and networking events to build relationships and grow the book of business.
Conduct client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Utilize the agency's prospect portal to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on generalist books of business. Experience with general liability, workers' compensation, directors & officers (D&O), cyber liability, and professional liability is preferred.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
