Position Requirements
High School,
3+ Years
work experience What We Expect (Qualifications):
- Humble and Flexible
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Plumber Card (or equivalent).
- Solid skills in commercial piping: PVC, PEX, ABS, and Gas Lines.
- Complete Commercial Scope: Ability to build out commercial systems from underground through trim.
- Leadership: Willingness to lead small crews and projects as needed.
- Character First: Self-motivated, and takes genuine pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Humble – willing to learn – We are looking for the right fit for the team not the right skill level
- Career-minded – looking for someone who will embody company values not just a job seeker.
