• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a background check.
• Open availability.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to train and lead.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ability to maintain cost controls.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Generally short distances for short durations. Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) and stacking onto shelves up to 72”.
• Carrying:
  Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, and other items up to 12 lbs each.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Pushing:
  Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lbs.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; during delivery may navigate five or more flights of stairs.
• Reaching:
  Up, down, and forward; above 72” to change prices, operate ovens; down to scoop cornmeal; forward for ingredients.
• Environmental:
  Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes (36–90+ °F), fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Sensing:
  Talking and hearing on the telephone; near/mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments:
  Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work with others, work under stress; meet strict quality control standards; deal with people; analyze and compile data; make judgments and decisions.
