About UsTessel damage Apeldoorn. We invest with our Tesselschade Study Fund in training for women so that they can be economically independent. The proceeds from our handicraft sales go directly to our charity, the Tesselschade Studiefonds. With this study fund we are able to support women financially with their education. Through a financial gift of tuition fees and/or book money so that vulnerable women with a diploma can find a job more easily.
This fund supports students nationally and locally within Apeldoorn.
- Lead a number of craftsmen and act as the first point of contact for them.
- Guide the craftsmen on all their craft questions and actively maintain the relationship.
- Ensure that the craftsmen receive their patterns and materials and, where necessary, draw patterns.
- Send patterns on time and deliver quality based on orders.
- Work in duo with the current coordinator, consult and collaborate.
- In consultation with the board, purchase materials where necessary.
- Ensure a good distribution of the handiwork among the craftsmen and keep track of capacity/commitment.
- Keep administration up-to-date and submit it to the treasurer.
- Continuously be involved in crafting, contributing to product line ideas and introducing innovations.
- Support the goal to help women with a financial gift such as tuition and book money in their studies.
- Educational background:
Coupeuse, or a comparable fashion education, or textile teacher work education or another comparable background. - Experience with operational management is a plus (layout and division of work, management of quality and time, giving feedback, cooperating).
- Stress resistant and independent.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on order.
- Creative and innovative within the Tesselschade target.
- Customer and service oriented with enthusiasm.
- A commercial institution background.
- People person, able to move well among the craftsmen.
- Sense of styling.
- Hands on mentality.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in handicrafts.
- Master multiple craft techniques such as embroidery, sewing, knitting, crochet, and/or quilting.
- Living in Apeldoorn, willing to travel within Apeldoorn or direct surroundings.
- Satisfaction to make a social impact.
- Conviviality and connection with local craftsmen in Apeldoorn.
