BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Business Controller R&D to turn financial insight into innovation for sustainable heating and cooling solutions. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting across our Development Unit R&D, and monitor performance with KPIs.
In this role, you’ll analyse CAPEX, project costs, and people-related expenses, collaborating with local finance teams and international stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and sound business decisions.
