HR Projectmanager

Overview

You will play an important role in building excellent HR services. Working closely with the Group HR team and other departments you drive initiatives and projects for selecting, developing, improving and implementing HR tools & platforms that support our operational processes. Next to that you will have a strong focus on the data side and built the foundation for required management info & the HR Dasboards.

• Project management of different projects on topics such as:
  Organizational management, Compensation and benefits, Onboarding processes & programs, Employee engagement, Job structure.
• Data collection & HR reporting
• The (technical) implementation of HR systems & platforms such as Personio, LMS, Recruitee, Study Tube.
• Deliver HR support to the country organizations during the implementation phase
• Optional support Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Based in Netherlands or UK.

• Bachelor work and think level
• Relevant education, e.g. HRM
• Excellent writing & communication skills, at least in English
• At least 3 years work experience with proven track record in managing HR service projects and technical implementation of HR tools – Personio is a big plus
• Data driven, experience with data source & collections, dashboards & reporting
• Strong organizer, able to project manage activities and contributors
• Willingness to travel between all offices in Europe frequently
• Result-driven and detail oriented
