as WORKS Professionals zoekt een Recruitment Consultant die de beste professionals weet te vinden en te binden. Je standplaats is Apeldoorn met één dag per week vanuit Leiden; je werkt nauw samen met Business Managers en andere recruiters.
Je bouwt relaties op met kandidaten, voert intake- en selectiegesprekken en denkt mee over recruitmentcampagnes en talentacquisitie. Wij bieden een marktconform salaris, 32–40 uur per week en een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling.
