Keus Schoonmaak zoekt een gemotiveerde Rayonmanager voor 38 uur per week in Almelo. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van het schoonmaakteam in jouw rayon en stuurt op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
Je motiveert het team, regelt personeelsplanning en ziekteverzuim, verzorgt instructies en rapporteert periodiek aan de operationeelmanager. Daarnaast ga je proactief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële kansen en onderhoud je klantcontact.
