Volunteer Coordinator

The Gewoon Gegund Foundation organizes activities for young people, young adults and families who need a moment to recharge.

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you are expected to spend an average of 2 hours per month on this function. The number of hours may vary, depending on the size and needs of the foundation. In addition, there may be peak times around specific projects or events that require additional volunteer efforts. That is why we value flexibility in planning and the willingness to sometimes invest extra time from our volunteers.

• Attract new volunteers through online platforms, networking events and collaborations with educational institutions, etc.
• Conduct interviews with potential volunteers to assess their interests, skills and availability, and match them with suitable positions within the foundation.
• Organize and coordinate introductory meetings and/or training for new volunteers to familiarize them with the foundation, its vision and working methods.
• Ensure good communication and involve volunteers with Stichting Gewoon Gegund, through newsletters and other internal communication channels.
• Coordinate the scheduling of volunteer services.
• Maintain a record of volunteer data, such as contact information, availability and results achieved.
