Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Sales Consultant ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de carrières van jouw kandidaten. Jij luistert naar hun ambities, matcht hen met werkgevers die passen en begeleidt ze bij elke stap. Deze rol is perfect voor jou als je impact wilt maken in de Sales en wilt bijdragen aan de groei van technische specialisten.
Wat ga je precies doen?- Je creëert impactvolle carrières door technici te koppelen aan werkgevers waar ze écht op hun plek zitten;
- Je sluit deals van waarde (€50k tot €150k per match) en ziet het resultaat direct terug in je inkomen;
- Je bent helemaal verantwoordelijk voor je eigen salespipeline, klanten én relaties;
- Je werkt nauw samen met ons Recruitmentteam en CS-team om succesvolle detacheringen te waarborgen.
