Construction Laborer Needed
Join our team as a Construction Laborer / Cleaning Technician, where you will contribute to the construction of a large construction site. This long-term project will span over two years, offering an excellent opportunity for skilled and unskilled laborers to work on various general construction tasks, including temporary structure setup, signage, and site cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks at the construction site, including site clean-up, carpentry, and logistics.
- Review jobsite needs with superintendents to understand work scopes and specifications.
- Assist in the construction of protection systems, fencing, decks, platforms, and other structures as needed.
- Inventory supplies and coordinate with supervisors for restocking.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Understand and follow work instructions, project signage, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in daily Pre-Task Plans and adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform selected demolition and fire watch duties.
- Construct scaffolding and manage dumpster schedules.
- Act as a spotter for heavy equipment operators.
- Maintain a secure and clean work environment.
- Identify and communicate issues for immediate resolution.
- Track task completion and assist other craft workers as required.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months construction experience.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and reading a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry and concrete work.
- Ability to perform physical labor tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
