Shift Guest Experience & Safety Crew Member

Position Overview

Sky Zone Crew Members are part‑time associates who gain experience across multiple departments and develop essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. The positions available include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
• Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Can work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Starts at $10.00/hr the full pay range goes up to $15.00/hr and is based on qualifications and experience.
