As our Spark Ignitor, you will:

• Create an unforgettable first impression for every customer who contacts Astro Watt Electric
• Own the customer journey from the first phone call through follow‑up
• Turn questions into confidence and concerns into solutions
• Support our electricians by creating smooth communication between the office and field
• Identify opportunities to improve our systems, processes, and customer experience
• Help build the culture and reputation of one of the Triangle’s fastest‑growing electrical companies

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in‑person)

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• (Home services experience is a plus, but the right personality matters more than industry experience.)
