After School Care Director (K-3)
Location: Thales Academy – Apex K-3, Apex, NC
Schedule: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Year‑round academic calendar)
Responsibilities- Support and supervise students in grades K–5 during after‑school care sessions.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to meet student needs.
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports.
- Encourage student growth, responsibility, and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional credentials are a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to student growth.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a team‑orientated mindset.
