Montessori Toddler Teacher

Montessori Creative Learning School is looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated Montessori Toddler Teacher to join our team.

We are a small, nurturing school focused on supporting each child’s natural development. Our ideal teacher is gentle, respectful, and passionate about working with toddlers (ages 18 months – 3 years) in a Montessori environment.

• Work closely with your co-teacher to support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Montessori classroom.
• Present lessons based on each child’s interests and development, following Montessori principles.
• Observe children and adjust activities to support their individual growth.
• Encourage independence, self-help skills, and problem-solving.
• Create a peaceful, respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Assist students with diaper change and hygiene practices.

• Montessori Certification/Training
  or currently enrolled in a training program (preferred).
• Experience working with young children is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Montessori philosophy and materials.
• Toddler classroom management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
