Montessori Creative Learning School in Apex, NC is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher to lead our toddler classroom serving children ages 1–3.

The Toddler Lead Teacher will:

• Lead an authentic Montessori toddler classroom (ages 1–3)
• Create and maintain a beautiful, organized prepared environment
• Present Montessori lessons in practical life, language, sensorial, and grace & courtesy
• Support toileting independence and self-help skills
• Foster concentration, confidence, independence, and joyful learning
• Observe and document student growth and development
• Build strong partnerships and communication with families
• Mentor and guide assistant teachers
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and NC licensing compliance
• Assist with diapering, hygiene, and daily care routines with warmth and respect

• AMI, AMS, MACTE, or equivalent Montessori Infant/Toddler certification
• Experience leading a Montessori toddler classroom
• Strong classroom management and observation skills
• Positive, professional communication skills
• Passion for authentic Montessori philosophy and respectful caregiving
