Montessori Creative Learning School in Apex, NC is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher to lead our toddler classroom serving children ages 1–3.

The Toddler Lead Teacher will:
- Lead an authentic Montessori toddler classroom (ages 1–3)
- Create and maintain a beautiful, organized prepared environment
- Present Montessori lessons in practical life, language, sensorial, and grace & courtesy
- Support toileting independence and self-help skills
- Foster concentration, confidence, independence, and joyful learning
- Observe and document student growth and development
- Build strong partnerships and communication with families
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and NC licensing compliance
- Assist with diapering, hygiene, and daily care routines with warmth and respect
Preferred Qualifications
- AMI, AMS, MACTE, or equivalent Montessori Infant/Toddler certification
- Experience leading a Montessori toddler classroom
- Strong classroom management and observation skills
- Positive, professional communication skills
- Passion for authentic Montessori philosophy and respectful caregiving
Educators with Montessori classroom experience who are still completing certification are welcome to apply.
