By leading daily workouts and connecting physical activity with body awareness, coaches inspire students to move well, eat well, and live well, fostering long-term resilience, discipline, and personal growth.

. Coaches collaborate directly with families to guide self-directed learning, facilitate dynamic Socratic discussions, and implement real-world, project-based experiences. Thriving in our unique micro-school setting requires a relationship-first leader who embraces a startup environment, possesses the flexibility to wear many hats and pivot on the fly, and is deeply committed to helping families reach their highest potential.

We are looking for someone who deeply resonates with our virtues and mission
. Traditional teaching certification is not required. Experience mentoring, coaching, or working with children and families is preferred, whether from education, youth development, outdoor education, or similar backgrounds. The ideal coach is comfortable leading active, experiential, and non-traditional learning
, and demonstrates emotional maturity, humility, and a commitment to personal growth in character. We are especially excited about candidates who thrive in an unconventional, relationship-first, purpose-driven setting.

• Collaborate with fellow coaches to thoughtfully prepare and set up the campus environment for optimal learning and community.
• Warmly greet parents and children at morning drop-off, building strong relationships from the first interaction.
• Lead students through the daily morning huddle, including the Pledge of Allegiance and a devotional filled with rich, meaningful conversation around God's Kingdom.
• Support students during self-led academics by providing coaching, guidance, and introducing new concepts as needed.
• Lead daily workouts, incorporating a quick physiology lesson to connect physical activity with body awareness and health.
• Facilitate dynamic Socratic conversations that sharpen critical thinking and civil discourse.
• Organize and implement engaging project-based learning experiences that bring real-world skills to life.
• Introduce essential life skills that prepare students for independence and thriving adulthood.
• Inspire and encourage students as they pursue and deeply research their individual passions and interests.
• Lead the afternoon huddle and be available to speak with parents during afternoon pick-up.
