Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct geotechnical investigations and analyses to support the design and construction of various projects.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, including recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and soil improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges.
- Oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling, testing, and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical software and tools (e.g., L Pile, PLAXIS, Geo Studio, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
