Your Responsibilities as a Senior Care Aide
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and dedicated care.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
  • Provide personal care services such as grooming assistance, bathing, restroom usage, and incontinence management.

Requirements
  • At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Reliable transportation to and from client locations is preferred but not required.
  • Two professional references are necessary.
  • Availability to work a minimum of two shifts weekly with the same clients to foster consistent care.
  • Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing); bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Complete any required compliance, licensing, or registration processes.
