Join a growing organization where you can make a lasting impact!

Looking for an experienced, hands‑on Office Manager to help build the operational foundation for our next phase of growth. This is much more than a traditional office management role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner who will lead office operations, oversee human resources administration, and implement the processes that keep our organization running efficiently.

If you're someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, supporting employees, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting both our people and our business by:

Office Operations
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the office, creating an organized, professional, and efficient workplace.
  • Develop and improve office procedures, workflows, and administrative processes that drive consistency and accountability.
  • Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, equipment, travel, meetings, and company events.
Human Resources
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
  • Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Administer employee records, benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, HR documentation, and compliance.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance documentation, and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR leadership to support company‑wide initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Process Improvement & Organizational Development
  • Build scalable administrative and HR processes that support a growing business.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and documentation.
  • Support leadership with reporting, special projects, and organizational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, HR administration, personnel records, and employment compliance.
  • Experience creating processes, implementing organizational improvements, and supporting business growth.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, field services, or other service‑based organizations is a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact. You'll work closely with leadership, help shape the employee experience, improve business operations, and build the infrastructure that supports the company's continued growth!
