As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. This includes being a primary point of contact for products, services, and delivery dates. You will also ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Handling a broad range of customer inquiries via multiple channels in a timely, professional manner. Providing product, pricing, and service information to customers. Entering and maintaining accurate customer orders using various software applications.
Resolving a broad spectrum of customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. Collaborating cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Customer satisfaction Order accuracy Order processing time Skill - Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Competency - Be able to work well with others in a busy and dynamic team environment. Competency - Be able to prioritize and multitask effectively while being detail-oriented and organized.
Skill - Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Skill - Be proficient in using computers and technology. Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
