Job Description

This global organization operates complex SAP environments supporting critical business operations worldwide and is expanding its SAP security team to strengthen production support coverage. They are seeking a junior SAP Analyst with hands-on production support experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and foundational SAP knowledge who is eager to grow into a specialized SAP Security expert under experienced mentorship.

• Provide hands‑on SAP production support across ECC (primary), GRC, and BW environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security access issues in a fast‑paced, high‑impact global environment
• Support user access provisioning, role assignments, and security compliance activities
• Partner with global stakeholders to diagnose and resolve urgent security‑related incidents
• Assist with upcoming SAP security projects and enhancements
• Learn and expand into broader SAP security responsibilities over time
• Help strengthen global SAP security coverage as a key member of a lean, high‑visibility team

• SAP production support experience (required)
• Foundational SAP knowledge (ECC experience preferred; exposure to GRC or BW is a plus)
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly diagnose, investigate, and resolve system issues
• Background in SAP or enterprise systems (security experience can be developing)
• Computer Science or related technical degree preferred (flexible with strong hands‑on experience)
• Resilience, ownership mindset, and ability to perform in high‑pressure situations
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders
• Must be able to work onsite in Apex, NC (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
