About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Data Integration Team Lead to support enterprise intelligence data integration and information‑sharing efforts for the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) within Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO). This role provides senior‑level leadership and technical oversight for data integration, governance, and interoperability activities that enable effective intelligence operations across Army, DoD, Intelligence Community, and partner environments.

The Senior Team Lead meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager and additionally provides direct leadership of personnel, coordination with bilateral and multilateral partners, and delivery of executive‑level briefings and documentation.

What you’ll do
  • Perform all duties of a Data Steward / Policy Manager
    , including enterprise data integration and governance support
  • Lead and manage teams conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Assign, prioritize, and review work tasks to ensure alignment with mission objectives, organizational goals, and delivery timelines
  • Data governance
  • Data warehousing
  • Metadata management
  • Data operations management
  • Support and coordinate bilateral and multilateral intelligence information‑sharing efforts
    , including intelligence data and system interoperability
  • Engage with mission partners and stakeholders to resolve data integration and information‑sharing challenges
  • Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse technical, operational, and leadership audiences
  • Draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance, and policy documentation
  • Produce written reports and products incorporating text and graphics to clearly convey complex data and integration concepts
  • Facilitate discussions with small groups to define data and information requirements and coordinate integration activities
  • Ensure data integration activities comply with security, access control, and policy requirements
Qualifications
  • Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager
