Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Red Hat Open Shift Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Open Shift platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Open Shift, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and CI/CD.

• Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat Open Shift clusters.
• Automate cluster provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Git Ops (Argo CD).
• Configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant Open Shift environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Argo CD.
• Implement monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and platform security.
• Collaborate with development teams, optimize workloads, and mentor junior engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of container platform experience, including 3+ years with Red Hat Open Shift.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Open Shift, Linux, and container networking.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Red Hat Open Shift certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), Git Ops, and regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC
  2).
