Accountabilities

Defines network business requirements and implements effective global network strategies Designs secure network solutions that maximize the sharing of applications, information, and resources across the company Coordinates with multiple vendors/departments to procure network-related hardware, software, and services Investigates and resolves problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues Creates and shares roadmap and technical support to determine network business needs throughout the company Researches emerging network technologies and makes recommendations based on future business needs Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of standard software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding health of the environment, enhancements, innovations and secure network solutions Designs and manages global network infrastructure Tests, configures, and deploys operating system/software including Service Packs, upgrades, hot fixes, etc.
