Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm, with overtime as needed and rotating Saturday shifts. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires, assisting with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet when working at stock racks.
- Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will call) as business needs require.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor.

The employee must be capable of visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Lifting up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds occasionally; exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). The work environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
All safety gear is provided except steel/composite toe boots.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
- Forklift certification or ability to pass certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team player.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
