Novanta's Robotics & Automation team seeks an Assembler I to join the production floor. You will assemble and test components to produce finished products, collaborate with the team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the manufacturing process.
You will read engineering drawings, prepare parts, operate assembly equipment, inspect outputs, and report defects. Soldering small wires and precise work are essential for meeting stringent quality standards.
