We’re seeking a creative, outgoing, and highly organized Social Media & Content Creation Manager to lead and evolve Mary Square’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms as directed. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of storytelling, and knows how to turn creative content into meaningful engagement and measurable growth.
You’ll be both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on creator, owning everything from strategy and content creation to community connection and performance insights.
- Own and execute Mary Square’s social media strategy in alignment with brand, marketing, and business goals.
- Manage daily posting, platform growth, and overall brand presence across all social channels.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and inspiring.
- Generate innovative content ideas, collaborations, and partnerships that reflect Mary Square’s values and expand brand awareness.
- Ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content including photos, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and graphics.
- Create engaging office, in-store, and lifestyle content such as try-ons, product highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, brand storytelling, and faith-centered inspiration.
- Capture content on location for launches, events, store features, and community moments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute content that supports campaigns, new arrivals, and seasonal initiatives. /ul>Community Management & Engagement
- Foster meaningful relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content with warmth and professionalism.
- Monitor audience sentiment and feedback to identify opportunities for connection, improvement, or storytelling.
- Support relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and community partners as needed.
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and community initiatives through social storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
- Assist with influencer, affiliate, or paid social efforts as needed to amplify reach and impact.
- Build and maintain an organized, forward-looking content calendar aligned with launches, promotions, and brand moments.
- Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
- Prepare insights and recommendations to refine content strategy and continuously improve results.
- Creative & People-Oriented: You love storytelling, trends, and connecting with people through content.
- Highly Organized: You manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns with confidence and clarity.
- Strategic & Analytical: You understand how content performance informs smarter creative decisions.
- Video-Forward: You’re comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in short-form video that feels authentic and polished.
- Collaborative & Mission-Driven: You thrive in a supportive team environment and align with Mary Square’s faith-based values.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital content creation (lifestyle, fashion, or retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in basic photography, videography, and editing tools (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar).
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
