You'll serve as the central point of contact for safety compliance, risk assessment, and materials coordination across facility operations.

At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees — and in this role, you'll contribute directly to that mission by safeguarding people and resources. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in safety protocols while optimizing materials procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on workplace safety culture while advancing operational excellence.

A hospitality mindset is fundamental to delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client. We seek candidates who excel in collaborative environments, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain high standards of accuracy, and adapt quickly to resolve challenges.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across warehouse and associated space to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, federal regulations, and site EHS requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures that align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and oversee materials procurement, inventory management, and supply chain logistics to ensure timely availability of equipment, supplies, and safety materials
  • Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety awareness and accountability
  • Track and analyze safety metrics, materials usage data, and inventory levels, providing regular reports and recommendations to facility leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between operations teams, management, and external regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and participate in emergency preparedness planning, drills, and incident response activities

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse, materials management systems, inventory control processes, and procurement practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in safety management, materials coordination, or a combination of both within commercial, industrial, or facilities management environments
  • Current knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and best practices for workplace safety and health
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver training and present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with safety management software, inventory systems, or facilities management platforms

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional safety certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician)
  • Familiarity with Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement frameworks
  • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse workforce populations
