Quality Engineer (Contract)

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Conducting product and process audits to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Providing training and guidance to production teams on quality control processes
• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
• Have experience with quality control methods such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Be able to analyze data using statistical tools and software.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers

Experience Need:

• NEED to have Six Sigma LEAN manufacturing Experience understanding
• Handle QC Plans and Reviews Quality Audits
• Experience w ISO 9000 as they have an Audit in February.
• Experience with Data analysis using Minitab

Ensure products and services meet customer expectations. You'll identify quality issues, enhance control processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing quality costs by delivering high-quality products.
