Restaurant Team Member – Cook

Join the kitchen crew as a cook and help prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order. This role is part of Noodles & Company’s back‑of‑house team.

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order.
• Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
• Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately.
• Learn and refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands‑on training.
• Maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow.
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where communication matters.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively to help meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam.
• Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 lb, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• At least 16 years old.
• No prior culinary experience required; paid training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 lb.
