Part-Time Bulk Merchandiser - North Market

The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for fully stocking, rotating, and maintaining company merchandise in retail accounts to ensure product availability, display standards, and customer satisfaction. Utilization of a personal vehicle is required to service assigned accounts. This position serves the North Market
, which encompasses, but is not limited to,
Henderson, Oxford, Roxboro, and Creedmoor
. This is primarily a weekend-only role.

• Stock, rotate, clean, and maintain product in shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotional displays according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering records using approved systems.
• Arrange merchandise to maximize visual appeal and sales performance.
• Organize backroom inventory as needed and ensure proper product handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper accounting of product and assets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with account personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required; personal vehicle utilization is required for this role.
• Must maintain and provide valid vehicle registration and insurance in accordance with company and state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a strong driving record.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience in stocking, route delivery, merchandising, or retail preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with availability for weekends and most holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, lift up to 30 pounds overhead, push and pull product frequently, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours per day.
• Availability to work until all daily duties are completed.
• Demonstrated dependability, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks, Motor Vehicle Report review, and company drug testing requirements.
