This is a SALES POSITION and experience in Membership Sales is Required..As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do :- Own and drive membership sales performance and revenue growth
- Actively sell memberships—this is a hands-on closing role
- Lead, train, and coach to meet location sales goals
- Confidently recommend memberships and services based on needs
- Proactively call, follow up, and convert social media and inbound leads
- Control sales conversations with a polished, professional phone presence
- Track engagement, follow-up, and mid-month sales momentum
- Participate and lead team meetings focused on performance, accountability, and results
- Co-manage scheduling, call-outs, and daily execution
- Resolve client concerns calmly while protecting the business and the sale
- Support daily operations while keeping sales performance front and center
- Minimum 2 years of proven membership or subscription sales experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Confident, assertive communicator who can lead sales conversations
- Results-driven leader who holds themselves and others accountable
- Comfortable with follow-up, objections, and closing
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow into higher leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a sales-driven team
- Experience managing schedules and coordinating staff
- Must be available to work Saturdays
