Inside Sales, Sales Associate/Assistant, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 3‑5 years of buying, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- 3‑5 years of industrial pipes, vales and fittings knowledge is preferred.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service‑oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships is a plus.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range$18.71 – $29.92
Estimated ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
