This role focuses on the installation of plumbing systems in new residential builds throughout the Triangle region. From underground to top-out to trim, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality systems that meet code and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation:
    Rough-in and finish plumbing for new residential homes, including water, waste, and vent systems.
  • Blueprint Reading:
    Interpret and follow blueprints and builder specifications.
  • Code Compliance:
    Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control:
    Inspect completed work for accuracy and functionality.
  • Team Coordination:
    Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and general contractors.
  • Material Handling:
    Manage inventory of tools and materials on job sites.
  • Problem Solving:
    Address site-specific challenges and adapt to changes in plans or schedules.
  • Clean Job Sites:
    Maintain safe and tidy work spaces throughout the duration of each project.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3+ years in residential new construction plumbing.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school a plus.
  • Licensing:
    Plumbing license preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in plumbing installations, from rough to finish.
    • Comfortable using all standard hand and power tools of the trade.
    • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments.
    • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Schedule
