Residential HVAC Technician​/Sales Representative

A residential HVAC company is seeking an experienced Selling Service Technician to join their team. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in their technical work, and is comfortable having sales conversations with homeowners - identifying opportunities to offer solutions that genuinely add value. Service Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems across a residential service territory
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure long-term equipment performance
- Present homeowners with service options, replacement recommendations, and add-on solutions based on actual findings
- Build rapport with customers during each visit to support repeat business and referrals
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Residential HVAC Maintenance/Repair
- Experience in HVAC sales selling to customers in the field required - EPA HVAC Certification required
