At Numotion, we improve the lives of people with disabilities by servicing complex manual and powered wheelchairs and other medical equipment. As a Service Technician you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and educate customers to ensure safe, reliable equipment.

• Diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and field.
• Maintain stock, rental, and delivery vehicle equipment.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Manage parts inventory and documentation.
• Educate customers and caregivers on equipment use and safety.
• Perform equipment fitting and adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training and development.

• High school diploma or GED; or minimum one year related experience.
• Minimum two years of mechanical experience, preferred medical equipment experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills (Word, email, internet).
• Strong problem‑solving ability.
• Valid state driver's license with satisfactory record; traveling may be required.

• Hands‑on wheelchair or medical equipment repair experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment over 100 lbs.
• Stand, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods.
• Fine manual dexterity for repairs.
• Work in inclement weather during field operations.
• Work overtime when required.
