Residential Service Technician (Full-Time)

• Perform service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and replace fixtures, fans, EV chargers, and panels.
• Run new circuits and perform system upgrades as needed.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and recommendations.
• Use Service Titan to manage estimates, invoices, and notes.
• Maintain your company van and tools with care and professionalism.
• Deliver a 5‑star experience to every customer, every time.

• No nights or weekends – Monday to Friday, no emergency calls.

• Have 4+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Are comfortable troubleshooting and solving problems independently.

• Are familiar with Service Titan or willing to learn quickly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing electrical work safely.

• Annual earnings between $50,000 and $120,000+ based on skill and performance.
• Quarterly performance bonuses.
