MAA Beaver Creek in Apex, NC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service and repair apartment homes and facilities. You will diagnose and fix HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and related components, and prepare units for move-ins.
With 1–3 years of maintenance experience and EPA Type II/Universal certification, you will work on a rotating schedule and contribute to resident satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required.
