Lead and supervise plumbing crews performing rough-in installations on new construction and custom home projects.;
Plan and execute rough-in plumbing layouts based on blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.;
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures using cast iron, PVC, copper, and PEX.;
Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and other trades to align schedules and resolve conflicts.;
Verify that installed systems are properly tested, inspected, and ready for subsequent construction phases.
