MAA Beaver Creek is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are maintained in excellent condition. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing and carpentry while following a preventive maintenance schedule.
The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and EPA Type II/Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days). A valid driver’s license is also required.
